Thinking of a change in career?

If you are considering a change in or a new career our courses could be just what you are looking for.  Students are accepted from 17years old and there is no maximum age, we embrace mature learners and set our larger courses to run during term time, which means for the school breaks we break too.

We offer Internationally recognised City and Guilds qualifications in beauty therapy and body massage, which we offer in conjunction with Phoenix Holistic Beauty and Nail Training, an award winning beauty school in the UK.

Along with our larger courses we have a large number of workshops and short courses for therapists looking to learn more, advance their training and learn new techniques or latest developments. We also offer workshops which are ideal for beginners wanting to know more about the industry and for people wanting to learn how to look after themselves and friends.

For many people work is a drudge, a part of the day to be endured and put up with. For others work is all right but nothing special. Only a small and hugely fortunate percentage of people truly love what they do, waking up each day and looking forward to work and all the satisfaction and rewards it brings them. Working is not simply about earning a living, or even doing something useful. Valuable, satisfying enriching work is vital to the wellbeing of the human soul. To work is natural and normal, not a burden imposed on us by society. To do satisfying work is to know your own value and to know that you are making a contribution to the lives of others as well as your own.

To avoid work when you are capable of it, or to do work that you simply endure, is to ignore your own ability and potential and to waste your talents and resources.

If you don’t like the job you are doing then you are doing the wrong job. It’s a simple as that. There are many excuses you can use to stay where you are, but if your job doesn’t thrill and excite you then these are just excuses for avoiding your true purpose and potential. “ – Fiona Harrold, Be Your Own Life Coach
