Baby Massage

The effects of massage in adults has been known for a long time.

In different cultures world-wide women have massaged their babies for centuries (up to the age of 4 years old).

Baby massage can help with practical every-day problems such as crying, difficulty in sleeping, colic and anxiety to name but a few.

The power of positive touch can bring a special bonding to mum, dad and baby.

Parents can interpret their baby’s reaction to touch which then sheds light on the baby’s natural rhythm/ what he likes / dislikes. So parents can understand, comfort and soothe him.
